Step 1: Get in Touch

- A little about what you’re looking for
- Whether you’re using NDIS or private funding
Step 2: Initial Connection
We’ll organise a brief check-in (via email or short call) to:
- Answer any questions
- Make sure I’m the right fit for you
- Talk through your goals
Step 3: Book Your First Session
Sessions are:
- 50 minutes
- Online
- $125 per session
If you’re using NDIS, we’ll confirm:
- Your plan type
- How invoicing will work
Step 4: Ongoing Support
There’s no pressure to commit long-term.
You can:
- Book session-by-session
- Set a regular time if you prefer consistency
