This process is designed to feel clear, low-pressure, and straightforward.


Step 1: Get in Touch

Send an enquiry through the contact form or email.

You can include:

  • A little about what you’re looking for
  • Whether you’re using NDIS or private funding

Step 2: Initial Connection

We’ll organise a brief check-in (via email or short call) to:

  • Answer any questions
  • Make sure I’m the right fit for you
  • Talk through your goals

Step 3: Book Your First Session

Sessions are:

  • 50 minutes
  • Online
  • $125 per session

If you’re using NDIS, we’ll confirm:

  • Your plan type
  • How invoicing will work

Step 4: Ongoing Support

There’s no pressure to commit long-term.

You can:

  • Book session-by-session
  • Set a regular time if you prefer consistency
